Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 is Coming to Mobile this Month
It has been announced that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords is coming to mobile devices this month.
This port which will likely have improved visuals and framerate is being developed by Aspyr Media, and will be specially optimised for mobile.
While this is not likely to be the remaster that fans of the series have longed for, I suppose at least it’s a way for fans to play this cult-classic RPG anywhere at any time.
In 2014 the original Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic also released for mobile and by all accounts that was a decent enough port.
I must add that you can also play both Knights of the Old Republic and its sequel on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibly, which does put out a higher resolution and increased framerate.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords will release for Android and iOS on December 18th.
