April O’Neil Confirmed As Playable Fighter In TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Trailer

Channel 5 News reporter and beloved New York City broadcaster, April O’Neil has been confirmed as a fifth playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is a retro-inspired arcade beat-em-up that takes influence from the classic TMNT arcade games. Developed by Dotemu, the team behind Streets of Rage 4 and Sonic Mania, this TMNT game comes with all the pedigree it needs in my book.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will release in 2022 for PC and Nintendo Switch. While the PlayStation and Xbox consoles haven’t been announced, I’d be surprised if TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge didn’t arrive on other platforms at some point.
