Resident Evil 3: The Board Game Kickstarter from Steamforged Games is Live Now!

The Resident Evil 3: The Board Game Kickstarter campaign from Steamforged games is now live.  At the time of writing, the campaign has already doubled its target total since it went live last night at 8pm UK time and has unlocked many stretch goals, and with just under two weeks until the campaign ends, it will no doubt unlock many more at no extra cost.

To keep things simple, as Steamforged had done with the Devil May Cry Board Game, there is only one pledge that will land you the goodies, rather than having a load of tiers.  The S.TA.R.S pledge costs £65/$79 and it will land you the board game, an exclusive Kickstarter Jill Valentine miniature, exclusive Kickstarter Edition box art and all stretch goals.

You can also pledge as little as £1, which won’t land you any items, but it, will give you access to the Pledge Manager when the campaign ends, which you can then purchase the board game, ideal if you don’t have the money to pledge at the S.T.A.R.S level at the time.  There are also a few additional add-on purchases such as the Retro Pack (£20/$25), a Dice Pack which comes packaged in a cool blood vile, as well as an additional S.T.A.R.S pledge for a friend or family member.

Additionally, those that backed the Resident Evil 2: The Board Game, you will get some free Raccoon City tiles (20 in total).  All you need to do is make sure you back the RE3 campaign with the same Kickstarter account/email as the RE2 campaign, and Steamforged will add them in your bundle when the game ships, estimated to be June 2021.
