Update July 16th: It’s official, developers Bloober Team has officially announced that the one-time Xbox Series X|S console exclusive The Medium is coming to PlayStation 5 later this year.

Original Story July 8th: Xbox Series X|S horror title The Medium has been rated for PS5 indicating that a release on the rival platform is imminent.
At this time The Medium developed by Bloober Team is an Xbox Series X|S exclusive, though that deal appears to be coming to an end very soon.
As picked up by Gematsu, The Medium was created on the USA’s classification board ESRB. It will probably come as no surprise that The Medium would eventually make the jump from Xbox to PlayStation, but it’s nice to know that a potential release is on the way.
I’ve been currently playing The Medium on Xbox Game Pass and it’s a decent horror game that I believe a lot of horror fans might enjoy.
