Bayonetta 3 Gets An October Release Date and Special Edition

Finally, Bayonetta 3 has a release date and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch this October.

The new gameplay trailer features the sassy and high-octane gameplay that you would expect from this beloved hack and series. However, we are also introduced to a new playable character called Viola.

As well as being treated to a new gameplay trailer and release date, the Trinity Masquerade Edition was also announced. Sadly, this edition became out of stock almost instantly at the Nintendo Store. 

So expect to see inflated prices on eBay courtesy of scalpers. However, it will become available at select retailers, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.

If you were lucky enough to bag a pre-order for the Trinity Masquerade Edition, it comes with a copy of Bayonetta 3, a full-colour 200-page art book, as well as a display for the entire Bayonetta trilogy with reversible game cases.
