Cyberpunk Netflix anime series gets release date and trailer

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the upcoming anime series from Netflix has got a release date and a brand-new trailer.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners will debut on September 13th and will be a standalone, 10-episode series. As a reference for Silent Hill fans, legendary composer Akira Yamaoka is developing the original score.

“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tells the story of David Martinez, a street kid trying to survive in a technology and body modification-obsessed city of the future,” reads the press release. “In the aftermath of a personal tragedy, David decides to take control of his own destiny by becoming an edgerunner — a mercenary outlaw also known as a cyberpunk.”
