Here’s a more in-depth look at Final Fantasy 7 Remake on PS5

Square Enix has released a gameplay video that gives us a more in-depth look at Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS5.

At Sony’s State of Play earlier in the year, one of the few highlights of that particular show was with the announcement of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.

This will be a new-gen port featuring all the improvements, bells, and whistles that you could expect from such an upgrade.

To be fair the previous trailer gave us a decent look at the upgrades that we can look forward to, however, a new more in-depth comparison video has been released.

Along with the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the all-new episode featuring the beloved series character, Yuffie.

 

In case you didn’t know, those that own the PS4 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4 will get the PS5 upgrade for free.  However, the free upgrade is not valid for those that only have the free PS+ version.

It’s worth keeping in mind that if you see Final Fantasy VII Remake knocking about on PS4 for cheap, it’s perhaps worth picking it up so that you can get the free PS5 upgrade, which will likely turn out to be cheaper in the long run.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will release for PlayStation 5 on June 5th.
