Scarface, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother

Best Pickup of the month
I haven’t actually been game hunting for a while, but I did pick up Arkham City Collectors Edition for £49.00 New along with a Hardened Modern Warfare 3.

What have you been up to?
I have been playing a lot of games to review and doing a lot of website esk stuff! I have got Assassins Creed Revelations, Sonic Generations, Modern Warfare 3, Legend Of Zelda Skyward Sword to review this week! Along with a few others so expect a lot of reviews/video’s coming soon.

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why? –
Hard choice, very hard.  I would actually say Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword as I haven’t played my Wii for almost over a year (properly) and I am not the biggest Zelda fan, but from what I played at Euro Gamer 2011 I fell in love with it.

What have you been up to?

I have been spending contless hours on both Arkham City and Dead Island because there is simply so much to do in them. I have also been on Gears of War 3 playing in the various events such as Torque Bow tag which was awesome.

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why?
it would have to be Assassin’s Creed Revelations becasue I have thoroughly enjoyed Ezio’s continuing story and I am looking forward to seeing how it all ends with his last title.

Best Pickup of the month
Discovered that Chester-Le Street is amazing for charity shops, also discovered some independant stores and a Chips! Picked up a lot of retro games from big box PC games to some PS1 and Sega Saturn Games. Nothing particuarly of note, just adding to my collection.

What have you been up to?
This month saw my continuing effort to work through my film collection going from A-Z. An interesting mix you could say, from Avatar to Barbershop and Balls Of Fury! Cleaned up a few recent titles including Deus Ex, which I thought was brilliant, will be starting the DLC soon. Dante 01, a pretty unique french sci-fi film with the most barmy ending I have ever seen! Apart form that, work at GAME is getting pretty busy with lots of the big titles being released, plus of course Christmas!! My savings may have been ruined by the recent 3 for 2 offer also…more on that next month!

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why?
I think I’ll be echoing George here! Assassins Creed Revelations for me. I can wait for some of the other big games this month, but I can’t go without my hisorical adventures as Ezio. Recently cleaned up all the achievements in AC1,2,Brotherhood (minus one multiplayer one).

What have you been up to?
Aside from gaming and viewing films, college and ….the usual ha ha

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why?
It would be Halo Anniversary. The first one was a big impact on my gaming life and it would be memorable to re-live every moment again. So Nostalgic!

Which is the most unnecessary sequel to a film that you’ve seen?
Hmm… I can’t think of any. I suppose it would be wise to say that there are films that have gone on for too long.

What have you been up to?
A job interview here, a birthday there and I’m now the proud owner of a Canon EOS 550D (thanks mum! :D).

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why?
Batman Arkham City, I hear LA Noire is good too, whoda thunk?

Which is the most unnecessary sequel to a film that you’ve seen?
Jesus Christ Electric Boogaloo, that’s a hard one! Any film I put here probably won’t be the apex of unwarrented sequels, but for now lets say The Whole Ten Yards or Ghost in the Shell 2. Alternativley the upcoming Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Directed by redneck-hackster duo Neveldine and Taylor.

Games Completed this Month
Battlefield 3, Arkham City, Ace Combat Assault Horizon, Resident Evil 4 HD. I want to say theres more but I cant think of any, seems I’ve been playing more than I’ve been finishing…

Films and TV Watched
Finally got around to watching Thor and picked up X-men first class, one of which was far superior to the other. Other than that not much, been keeping up with Modern Family, Community and Supernatural TV wise but my films have slipped this month (despite the obligatory viewing of Aliens).

Best Pickup of the month
Ace Combat Assault Horizon Limited Edition for 99p when I traded in Dead Island.

What have you been up to?
Stuck at university mostly, you’d be surprised how much work taking photographs of fingerprints can be. Although the commute there and back has let me get some reading done. Turns out the Assasins Creed books aren’t half bad. Anything else is either not worth mentioning or thanks to alcohol actually can not be remembered.

If you could only buy one game this November, what would it be and why?
Uncharted 3 because its Uncharted 3, although because I actually already have that I’ll go with Modern Warfare 3. I like games that are basically summer blockbusters it would seem.
