Rumour: Zelda 3DS Master Quest confirmed?

In the recent GDC event a lot leaked news and gameplay videos have been hitting the internet. We have just had word that CNM have found out some new information for the new upcoming port The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time will have Master Quest included.

The news that we received comes from a Conservative New Media interview with a Associate Public Relations Manager for Nintendo of America, David Young at GDC which took place this week.

“The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D also comes with not only The Legend of Zelda but it also comes with the Master Quest, so it’s like two games in one.”

Ocarina of Time’s Master Quest Mode will feature re-mastered dungeons that are  designed to test the skills of the hardened Zelda fan.

For those who don’t remember It originally appeared on the Nintendo 64 DD console which was released only in Japan but those who pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker in 2003 received a Gamecube disc featuring both Ocarina of Time and the Master Quest version of the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D currently has a June release window. Expect more details in the upcoming weeks.
