My Arcade Announces Super Street Fighter 2 Mini Arcade and Super Retro Champ Console

At CES 2020 My Arcade, the makers of some fantastic retro hardware has just announced two brand new products with the Street Fighter II: Champion Edition Micro Player and the Super Retro Champ Console.

The Street Fighter II: Champion Edition Micro Player is a mini arcade cabinet that stands at a micro 7” tall and has a 3.5” screen, which is 1/10th to the scale of the original 1992 arcade cabinet.  You can even connect to another SFII Micro Player for some two player action.  The Street Fighter II: Champion Edition Micro Player has an RRP of $49.99, so it will be about £40 in the UK.

Additionally, the Super Retro Champ Console was also announced which lets you play your original SNES, NES, and Mega Drive/Genesis cartridges in one awesome handheld console.  It features a 7” screen, a built-in rechargeable battery with up-to five hours of play-time, a built-in cartridge clean kit and a HDMI port so that you can connect the console to your TV or monitor.  The Super Retro Champ Console has an RRP of $109.99, so expect it to cost around £100 in the UK.  You can also buy additional controllers to improve upon the multiplayer offerings.
