Spooky Pokémon Go Event Starts This Week, Includes New Darkrai Legendary
In time for Halloween, a new event will kick-off this week for Pokémon Go. Beginning on Thursday, October 17th at 9pm BST, we will get Pokémon favourites dressed up in Halloween costumes, new Shadow Pokémon from Team Go Rocket stops, the debut of Yamask (including a Shiny version) and the Pitch-Black Legendary Darkrai will be appearing in five-star raids.
The Shadow Pokémon includes the likes of Weedle, Kakuna, Electabuzz, Beedrill and more. More Ghost and Dark-Type Pokémon will be appearing in the wild, as well as in Eggs and raids. The Fancy dress Halloween Pokémon (as seen in the image above) will not only be appearing in the wild, but raids too. Finally, there will also be special Field Research tasks.
The Pokémon Go Halloween event will end on Friday, November 1st at 12pm GMT.
