Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.2.1 Now Live
The latest update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is now live for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
The update will fix a number of reported bugs ahead of the game’s first expansion Wrath of the Druids which arrives on May 13th.
Patch 1.2.2 will also add three new skills; Cold Rage, Eye of the North, and Intense Rage, as detailed below:
- Cold Rage – Ignore hit interruptions while performing successive regular melee attacks. This effect recharges after a few seconds.
- Eye of the North – Prevents flinching from hits while aiming with your bow. This effect recharges after a few seconds.
- Intense Rage – Ignore hit interruptions while performing your next off-hand parry or special attack. This effect recharges after a few seconds.

The update will also give players the option to disable the cinematic camera when performing finishing moves, something that has been requested by fans.
The update will come in at 14GB on PC, 5GB to 5GB on PS4 (depending on the region), 5.5GB on PS5, 12.8GB on Xbox One, and 16GB on Xbox Series X|S. You can read the full patch notes via Ubisoft.com.
