Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla will Have Ezio Trilogy Composer and Beowulf DLC Revealed

Thanks to a listing on the German Ubisoft Store, it has been revealed that Jesper Kyd will be the soundtrack composer for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, Kyd worked on the Ezio trilogy with Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, which just so happen to feature my favourite soundtracks from the entire series.

Additionally, joining Jesper Kyd to compose the soundtrack of Valhalla will be Sarah Schachner (Black Flag and Origins), and Einar Selvik, a Norwegian black metal drummer, who now works as a Norse folk music revivalist.  So with these three talents on board, expect another epic soundtrack.

Finally, thanks again to the German Ubisoft store, it has also been revealed that the season pass to accompany AC: Valhalla will feature a mission involving the Norse mythology legend Beowulf, which is said to “discover the cruel truth behind the legend.”  This is the second additional mission for AC: Valhalla that we know of, with “The Way of the Berserker” being a pre-order bonus for the game.

Are you excited at the news regarding the Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla soundtrack and Beowulf mission?  Let us know across our social media channels.  Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla will release this fall for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Google Stadia.
