Battlefield Single Player Campaign is Returning, Suggests Job Listing

The Battlefield single player campaign is returning, suggests a recent job listing by Electronic Arts.
Sadly, it seems that a single player campaign will not be returning to Battlefield 2042, but rather a new, upcoming game. The job listing in question is for a Design Director at EAs Battlefield Studio in Seattle.
“Your job is to embrace the core tenets of the Battlefield franchise and make sure they are woven through all layers of a masterfully designed single player campaign,” reads the job listing.
“You will build the studio’s design team and culture and build an amazing campaign from concept through release.”
