Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Remake Announced, Coming To PC and Consoles
Confirming previous rumours, the remake of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 was announced during the 25th-anniversary livestream for FF7.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 was first released for the PSP back in 2007 and was a prequel to the main FF7 game. However now, it’s been completely remade for modern consoles.

If like me, you’ve never played the original Crisis Core, fear not. According to the press release from Square Enix:
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is being designed so that people can enjoy this game whether they know the original game or not. In fact, new players might even enjoy starting their Final Fantasy VII journey with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
Furthermore, unlike the Final Fantasy 7 Remake which releases for PC and PlayStation, Crisis Core will release for other platforms as well as PC, PS4 and PS5, but also Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
