Gotham Knights is getting a patch to fix framerate issues
Gotham Knights is getting a patch to fix the framerate issues and more. The patch is live on PC right now with consoles arriving next week.
Gotham Knights launched at 30FPS on consoles, which wasn’t well received. Especially for a game that is not only new-gen only, but the last-gen versions were ditched in order to improve the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S experience.
From what I’ve heard, the PC framerate is much better on consoles, but it’s apparently far from perfect. Thankfully, however, developers at WB Montreal are attempting to fix the reported issues. The fixes not only include framerates, but also matchmaking, stability and more.
Calling all Knights! Thank you to the Community for your continued support of #GothamKnights. It’s amazing to see the game live and in your hands! As we begin to roll out Patches, we’d like to outline what to expect in the coming weeks as well as clarify some things: (1/7)

In my review of Gotham Knights, I said: “It won’t win any Game of the Year awards, but it still has charm. Be the hero that this game needs because Gotham Knights is an underdog story worth experiencing.”
Gotham Knights is out now for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
