Gotham Knights is getting four-player co-op
Gotham Knights is getting four-play co-op, a mode in which gamers wondered why it wasn’t in the game, to begin with.
When Gotham Knights launches this week, at launch it can be played solo or online two-play co-op. However, with four playable characters, Batgirl, Robin, Nightwing and Red Hood, many have wondered why the game wasn’t also four-player.
Gotham has thrown down a new gauntlet. Heroic Assault, the free 4-player co-op experience, is coming to #GothamKnights November 29, 2022. Learn more at https://t.co/cDNfcheGrw pic.twitter.com/v3tU7DQvPh

Alas, the four-player co-op will arrive via a free post-launch update on November 29th with Heroic Assault. However, it’s better late than never. Hopefully, WB Games might be able to add crossplay at a later date too.
In my review of Gotham Knights, I said: “It won’t win any Game of the Year awards, but it still has charm. Be the hero that this game needs because Gotham Knights is an underdog story worth experiencing.” Gotham Knights is out now for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
