Judas is the new game from the original BioShock developer. Ken Levine arrives in March 2025.
Judas was first teased at The Game Awards 2022 with a rendered teaser trailer that was enough to give fans a taste of what to expect.

As reported by Push Square (via IGN), the latest earnings report from publisher Take-Two stated that Judas will release sometime between now and the end of the fiscal year 2025.
Developed by the new studio Ghost Story Games, led by Ken Levine, little is known about Judas at this time. However, given the pedigree of the development team, we have high hopes for Judas. Judas will release for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
