Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens announced!
Following hot on the heels of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force awakens and the recent success of Lego Dimensions and Lego Marvel’s Avengers, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
In Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, you will be able to playthrough all the moments from the movie as your favourite and beloved Star Wars characters, from across the universe. It is said that this latest Lego Star Wars outing will introduce new gameplay mechanics to enable us to build and fly like never before.
For those feeling concerned for the lack of potential content this outing my feature with it being based upon just the one movie, WB Games has promised that the title will feature all-new story content that will bridge the gap between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens “providing additional insight about the new movie and its characters.” So I can’t wait to see and playthrough the new content, as well as seeing what the “new gameplay mechanics” brings to the table. In addition, PS3 and PS4 owners will have exclusive content with the Droid Character Pack and the Phantom Limb Level Pack.
Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens will release for PC, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, 3DS and Wii U on June 28th. In the meantime, be sure to watch the awesome announcement trailer above as well as the screenshots and art work below.
