NACON Gets into the Streaming Mic Market and New Controller Announced

NACON are best known for their Pro PS4/PC controllers, but recently they’ve been expanding on their portfolio.  Most recently, they announced the acquisition of Plantronics to bring us a new line of RIG Gaming Headsets.  However, that expansion doesn’t stop there, because NACON has just announced that they will know be getting into the world of the streaming mic market and its available now priced at a seemingly reasonable RRP of £64.99.

The NACON Streaming Mic certainly looks the part and its design has that PlayStation identity, but its technical aspects are what should make it a worthwhile accessory.  With its cardioids technology, it will feature “directional recording” that will ensure background noise is cut-out and it will boast an integrated analogue-to-digital (ADC) with 16 bit/48khz resolution.  It also comes bundles with a widescreen mic head to block ambient noise and also a metal tripod.  The NACON Streaming Mic is available to purchase at retailers now.

Additionally, NACON has also released a new version of the popular Wired Compact Controller, this time with a Camouflage design.  As with previous versions, this controller that has an RRP of just £24.99, has a fully functional touch pad, a headset jack and two vibration motors.  The Camo Green Wired Compact Controller is also compatible for PC, as well as PS4.
