New trailer released for The Falconeer, launching day one for Xbox Series X and S
A new trailer has been released for the air combat fantasy game The Falconeer, giving us another glimpse at some story info.
The narrator paints a dark picture of the sea you fly over, which clearly holds some sort of power over the various factions in the game.
The press release that accompanies this trailer reveals a bit about these factions to whom you can pledge allegiance, each with their own traits and back story.
“The Northern Imperium. The greatest power on The Great Ursee, the Imperial throne commands the Northern Ursee with nobility, subterfuge, and manipulation as tools of power.
The Mancer Order. The master scholars of The Order control all access to technology across the Ursee, guiding the march of progress towards an unknown destination along ‘The Path.’
The Civilian Freehouses. A loosely aligned assemblage of independent communities united in defense of local trade and subject to the machinations of the Imperium and Mancer Order.
The Freebooter Rebellion. Outcasts banished to the dark places of the Ursee, now returned from their exile with dark and ancient knowledge to wreak havoc on their long-time tormentors.”
Along with this reveal comes the knowledge that this will be releasing for next generation console. Alongside PC, The Falconeer is also coming to Xbox Series X and S as a day one launch title. The game will of course also be available on Xbox One.
We will find out if this intriguing game stands up in just over a month, releasing 10th November 2020.
