Pro Wrestling Legend Owen Hart Will Feature In AEW Video Game

AEW has announced that Owen Hart will feature in the upcoming AEW video game.
The news was announced on the AEW social media pages, which also includes an annual tournament called the Owen Cup, merchandise, and more.
This may come as surprising news, seeing as Owen Hart has no history with AEW, considering that the wrestling company is barely a couple of years old. However, pro wrestling fans will know of the troubled relationship with Owen Hart’s family and the WWE, over his unavoidable death.
The deal will also support the Owen Hart Foundation, which is a non-profit charity organisation that offers scholarships and global support to those in need.

Personally, I think this is great news. At this point, it would leave a sour taste in my mouth if WWE were to honour Owen Hart in such a way. But being able to honour Owen Hart, regardless of his lack of affiliation with the company, is a good move by AEW.
