Resident Evil 4 remake playable demo is out now
Following the recent Capcom showcase, the very-much expected playable demo of the Resident Evil 4 remake is available now.
This demo is said to be “a specially tuned version of the game’s opening sequence and can be played repeatedly without restrictions.

The #ResidentEvil4 demo has landed! Agents are encouraged to play as long as they want and as many times as they want to prepare for Resident Evil 4 when it launches March 24th, 2023. 🌿 pic.twitter.com/uex8oprYrC— Resident Evil (@RE_Games) March 9, 2023
The ‘Chainsaw Demo’ is available now via digital stores for PC (Steam), PS5, PS4 and Xbox Series X|S. The demo shouldn’t take too long to download with it having a file size of 10.49GB on PS5 and just 5.53GB on PS4. So I would expect it to be around 10GB on PC and Series X|S.
Will you be checking out the demo or will you wait for the launch? Let us know across our social media channels. Resident Evil 4 will release for PC, PS5, PS4 and Xbox Series X|S on 24 March 2023.
