Resident Evil Re:Verse Open Beta Pulled Just Hours After Release
The Resident Evil Re:Verse was pulled just hours after it launched on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Granted I’m not overly excited to play Resident Re:Verse after what I’ve seen, but when I got an email from the Resident Evil Ambassador program I was keen to give this beta a go.
However, due to technical issues with matchmaking and reports of crashes, the open beta was pulled just hours after it launched.
【Regarding the RE:Verse OBT】 As we are still seeing issues with RE:Verse OBT matchmaking service, we have decided that until further notice to temporarily suspend the OBT to resolve the problem. We will continue to investigate, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Capcom has given a date as to when you’ll be able to play the Re:Verse open beta, but you can still download it from your digital platform of choice to be ready for when it Re:Launches.
The open beta will feature four to six-person deathmatches and was supposed to end on April 10th. However, it will of course get new dates when the open beta is back.
Resident Evil Re:Verse will be a free multiplayer game with Resident Evil Village when it launches on May 7th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
