Resident Evil Village Editions Revealed #REshowcase #REvillage
During the Resident Evil Showcase we got to see some of the various versions of RE Village that we’ll be able to pick-up at launch.
We’ll have the standard edition, a Digital Deluxe and a Collector’s Edition to choose from.
The Digital Deluxe Edition will come with various pieces of DLC in the Trauma Pack, such as the Save Room Music, which changes the device you save on from a typewriter to a tape recorder (as seen in RE7) and I assume it adds the RE7 save room music too.
The Digital Deluxe Edition also comes with “Found Footage” visual filters, a “immediate access” to the Max Difficulty setting, the Albert01 (Chris’s weapon from RE7), The Tragedy of Ethan Winters (which appears to be some form of digital art from RE7 and RE Village) and a Mr Everywhere bobblehead, which might be an in-game charm.
The Resident Evil Village Collector’s Edition will come with all the digital content included in the Deluxe Edition as well as an awesome Chris Redfield figurine, a steelbook case, art book, a cloth map of the village and an A4 print bundled in a snazzy box.
The Resident Evil Village Collector’s Edition is as always exclusive to Game in the UK and will knock you back £219.99 and that doesn’t include the minimum of £4.99 that the retailer likes to put on every single item bought from them. But if you’re in the UK and you really want this edition, they’ve got us by the you know what.
All pre-orders will get you the Mr Raccoon Weapon Charm and the Survival Resources Pack which includes some ammo, health and a lockpick.
Additionally all digital pre-orders on the PlayStation Store for either PS4 or PS5 will grant you the RE Village digital soundtrack.
Finally Capcom will also be selling both Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village in one handy bundle.

Resident Evil Village will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on May 7th. Those who pick-up the last-gen version will also get a free new-gen upgrade.
