Rumours Claim a New Knights of the Old Republic is in Development

New rumours have claimed that a new Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is in development and it won’t be from EA.

The rumours come via Bespin Bulletin in which the hosts state that the new Knights of the Old Republic game is “not with EA” and “we’ll never guess” what studio will be working on it.

The podcast hosts also claim that even the reputable Jason Schreier of Bloomberg also knows about this KOTOR game.

“I talked to a couple of people, and I also found out that Jason Schreier said that it’s not with EA, and we’ll ‘never guess’ who the studio is that’s making this game.“

However the podcast hosts do also claim that EA are working on an announced Star Wars game which isn’t Battlefront 3.

Back in January 2020 rumours claimed that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic game was in development but it would be from EA.

Personally I’d love nothing more than to see a new KOTOR but all rumours must still be taken with a pinch of salt.  In an ideal world I’d love Obsidian Entertainment to be the studio working on the Star Wars RPG, but as long as the game is top notch, then I’ll be happy.
