Following on from yesterday’s rumours, RedGamingTech who claimed that not only is the original Metal Gear Solid getting a remake, as well as potentially new remasters for its sequels, he now claims that FromSoftware’s Bloodborne is getting a remaster.

Bloodborne is barely five years old and it would be far from the first game that springs to my mind that would need a remaster, but at the same time, it wouldn’t surprise me if it happened either.  That said, as amazing as Bloodborne is, it doesn’t always have the smoothest of framerate and despite it being visually great (and equally disturbing game), it’s an intriguing prospect if the developers can make this game look and play even better.

According to RedGamingTech, the Bloodborne remaster is “quite far along in development”, it will come to PS5 and PC, and will feature “additional content”.  If you follow the fantastic YouTube channel belonging to Lance McDonald (if not you should), then you would know that Bloodborne had a lot of sections cut from the game, which didn’t make it into the full release.
