Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is Getting a Retro Side-Scrolling Brawler!

COWABUNGA! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is getting a retro brawler that is clearly inspired by the 1989 arcade classic and Turtles in Time.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is developed by Dotemu, the team behind Streets of Rage 4, Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap, the upcoming Windjammers 2, and more.  So this game comes with great pedigree behind it.

Just like the classic 1989 arcade game (which used to take up a lot of my pocket money as a child), is also based upon the original animated series (which is the best by the way).

In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge you’ll of course play as Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello, as you battle it out against Shredder as his Foot Clan Army, Bebop & Rocksteady, Krang, and much more.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will release for PC and consoles at some point hopefully this year.
