Thief E3 2013 Trailer

Even though the development with the latest Thief title has been a bit shaky, it is good to know that Eidos has released a live-action E3 trailer today. Meaning that they are still working on the game, and hopefully plan to release it. In Thief , you once again take on the role of the legendary pickpocket, “Garrett the Master Thief” as he uses all new equipment and skills to rob the wealthy blind… and best of all, do it without anyone noticing.

Even tough an actual gameplay trailer would have been nice, this nicely choreographed trailer re-introduces us to the Master Thief in an interesting way and hints at what to expect from the game’s mood and ambiance. Lastly, according to the trailer, the game is planned for a release sometime in 2014 on the next gen consoles and PC. It is not yet known if it will come to the current generation of consoles.
