Konami has announced that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection will be released on August 30th.

In total, TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection includes 13 classic games from the 8-bit, 16-bit as well as old-school arcade era. The collection of TMNT goodness will also feature Japanese versions of games that were never officially released in the west.

The list of games featured in TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection includes:

  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (NES)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (Super Nintendo)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Super Nintendo)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist (Sega Genesis)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Sega Genesis)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of The Foot Clan (Game Boy)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back From The Sewers (Game Boy)

Each of the games in The Cowabunga Collection will be presented in crisp HD with modern quality of life improvements including save anytime and rewind, button remapping, online play for selection games** as well as local couch play for all titles.
