Watch Dogs Legion Online Co-Op Finally Arrives Next Month

Comments Off on Watch Dogs Legion Online Co-Op Finally Arrives Next Month

Finally, the anticipated and delayed multiplayer modes for Watch Dogs Legion will arrive next month via a free update on March 9th.

On March 9th the free update will add open-world co-op where you can team-up with four friends to complete missions, objectives, or just cause total mayhem.

The update will also add new co-op missions for two-to-four players.  There will also be the “Leader of the Pack” which is said to be a narrative, tactical co-op mode that will require “teamwork and efficiency” to succeed.

Finally, the free update will also bring the PvP mode, Spiderbot Arena, where four players must battle it out against each other in a free-for-all deathmatch.  Think Robot Wars and you’re on the right path.

In addition on March 9th, Watch Dogs Legion season pass owners will gain access to two new missions such as:

Guardian Protocol:

  • DedSec tracks an algorithm that could allow AI to override human decisions. If they don’t find it, it could be used to turn weaponized drones into autonomous executioners.

Not in Our Name:

  • A secret group is stealing DedSec’s name. Worse, they’re also stealing information so their employer, a ruthless tabloid owner, can use it to blackmail their victims.

Finally later in the year owners of Watch Dogs Legion will also be getting a bunch of free content such as the Invasion PvP mode, new co-op missions, and free characters.

The free content update and additional content will be available for all platforms in which Watch Dogs Legion is playable.
