Skyrim has a 60fps Mod on which Doesn’t Disabled Trophies!

Right now you can download a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on PS5 which enables 60fps!

The mod has been available for Xbox Series X|S for quite some time; however it is now available for PS5.

The mod is available via the in-game mod store.  All you have to do is download the mod, follow the instructions (provided in the mod description) and your game will now run at 60fps.

The mod is technically available for Xbox One and PS4, but the mod is apparently not all that noticeable on last-gen consoles.

As an added bonus unlike some mods on PlayStation titles from Bethesda, this 60fps mod does not disable Trophies.  However it will apparently disable Trophies if used with other mods.

The 60fps mod was created by MrWright, who has also shared a gameplay video via his YouTube channel of how to run the mod and what it looks like while running.
