The 5 Kage are the highest ranking Ninja in their respective elemental land and class. Mizukage is the master of water, followers of the anime will know of the Second Mizukage (literally meaning Second Water Shadow) and his distaste for the existance of the second Tsuchikage: Mu of Earth (meaning Earth Shadow).

The Second Mizukage is a powerful water jutsu user, attacking enemies with bullet barrages of hyper pressured water en masse, and if that isnt enough, in the world of Naruto Shippuden, water is the source of many tricks of the eye, including mirages, making the Mizukage a powerful and deadly opponent.
