CMON (Bloodborne Board Game and Zombiecide) has launched a brand new miniature board game, Marvel United.  This co-operative board game designed by Eric M. Lang and Andrea Chiaversio, takes the vision of Edoudard Guiton and brings a tactical game with some cute, and awesome looking miniature sculpts.

Players must work together as some of Marvel’s most famous heroes, against some of Marvel’s most infamous villains.  Marvel United is a co-op game for up-to four players, but you can also play it as a singleplayer experience with each game estimated to last about 40 minutes.

As with most Kickstarter campaigns, a wealth of stretch goals will and have already been unlocked.  Pledges start from $1, though you’ll get no rewards for that.  But to get the base game and all unlocked stretch goals, as well as some Kickstarter exclusive miniatures, it will cost $60 (about £47).  For $90 (about £60), you’ll get everything in the $60 pledge, but also The Infinity Gauntlet expansion.

I won’t list every reward currently unlocked, because the campaign evolves with each pledge, right up to the very end.  But you can pledge any amount, and then adjust your pledge manager when the campaign is finished, should you wish to make any additional purchases.  For me personally, I’ve made the $60 pledge, but I can always adjust that at a later date if I wish.

As it stands, the campaign has smashed its goal with the campaign ending on March 5th, which is when your pledge money will be taken.  The estimated release window at the time of writing is March 2021, you can check out all the campaign details here.
