So far we’ve only really seen in-game engine footage for DiRT 5 and as impressive as it is, it wasn’t proper gameplay.  However, Codemasters has now released some proper next-gen gameplay for DiRT 5 and it looks glorious!

The next-gen gameplay that we are treated too is from the muddy Stampede track located in Arizona.  This track will test even the most vigorous of suspension set-ups and will put the best drivers through their paces.  As you can imagine, this Stampede track can get especially chaotic when 12 drivers are battling it out for the all important win!  You can enjoy the next-gen gameplay footage below.

DiRT 5 will release for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 9th.  Those who purchase the game will also receive a next-gen upgrade for free when you purchase the new console.  DiRT 5 will also release for Google Stadia sometime during early 2021.
