The real-life adaptation of the dice game known as Orlog in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla has just launched its Kickstarter and it smashed its £43,000 target within 35 minutes.

Developed by Canadian company PureArts, the Orlog Dice Game adaptation was announced late last year, not long after the launch of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.

Orlog is a two-player dice game that also grants players power-ups to help gain victory over their opponent. Going by Orlog in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla it’s your typical easy game to learn but has a surprising depth of strategy as you close in on victory (or defeat). Each game should last around 10-15 minutes once you know the rules.

The Kickstarter campaign has three tiers, the base pledge at which costs around £30, and a Tavern Edition which costs around £145.

The base pledge comes with the Orlog Dice Game and all unlocked stretch goals. You can also get an Early Bird base pledge, which is about £4 cheaper. But you will have to act fast as this offer expires in about 24 hours.

The Tavern Edition comes with all that is included in the base pledge, but also a Lien Game Mat and a Horn replica with a wooden base.

You can find all the need-to-know details of the Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla Orlog Dice Game over on the Kickstart page.
