Media Tonic’s immersive and creative sandbox of joy, Dreams has just received a big update adding two new pieces of content.

Available right now is Ancient Danger’s A Bat’s Tale Game and it’s: “Exclusively available to play in Dreams, Ancient Dangers: A Bat’s Tale is a third-person dungeon crawler made by Media Molecule and designed to test the skills of only the bravest adventurers.

Whether you’re after frantic combat against strange and silly foes, puzzles to tickle your brain cells, or a showdown against a dragon with huge teeth (and an even bigger ego), Ancient Dangers: A Bat’s Tale has you covered. Playable in single-player or local co-op, Ancient Dangers: A Bat’s Tale will be released on November 30, 2021.

The second piece of content is DreamShaping 2.0 which adds a new user interface, tools, templates and much more. In other words, it’s a creator’s joy. In DreamShaping 2.0: “Getting started making games has never been quicker, easier, or more fun than with Media Molecule’s latest update to DreamShaping.

Featuring a new interface and template system, DreamShaping now helps creators with tools and guidance to begin creating 2D platformers, a dungeon crawlers, side-scrolling shoot-‘em ups, or a mini-golf game without beginning from scratch. The DreamShaping 2.0 update is scheduled to release for Dreams on November 30, 2021.

The latest update for Dreams has also implemented a number of fixes and improvements, details of which can be found in the link via the tweet below.
