Finally, the trilogy of the greatest superhero video games is coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Rumours of Batman: Arkham Trilogy coming to Nintendo Switch have been floating around for quite some time, but now it’s been officially confirmed.

This wonderful bundle of Caped Crusader joy has been available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox for years, but now fans can look forward to playing the critically acclaimed games on the go.

This collection includes Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight as well as all previously released DLC. Originally developed by Rocksteady Studios, the Switch ports will be handled by Turn Me Up Games, who have previously handled Switch ports including It Takes Two and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2.

My only concern is whether the ports will run smoothly on the Nintendo Switch, especially Batman: Arkham Knight. However, Nintendo’s hybrid console has worked magic before with the likes of Alien: Isolation, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

No set release date has been announced, but we do know that Batman: Arkham Trilogy will be swinging onto the Nintendo Switch this autumn.
