Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth – recap with this emotionally charged trailer

The release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is nearly upon us, the second part of the remake that was released for PS4 in 2020 before arriving on PS5 a year later.

Obviously, it’s been a few years since the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4, so to help us get back up to speed, Square Enix has released a ‘Story so Far’ trailer for us to recap on the events of Cloud and crew.

What’s more, the trailer is voiced by the actor who plays Red XIII, the fan-favourite playable lion/wolf-like beast who we met during the concluding events of the remake. The ‘Story so Far’ trailer is five minutes long, so expect it to do a decent job to help you catch up on events.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will be released for PlayStation 5 on 29 February 2024.
