Gears of War is coming to Netflix

Netflix has announced that a live-action movie as well as an animated series inspired by Gears of War is coming to the streaming platform.
In celebration of the Gear’s 16th anniversary, Netflix revealed the collaboration with current developers of the video game series, The Coalition. Furthermore, not only is a movie and series on the way, but Netflix has also teased “potential for more stories to follow.”

At this time, we do not know when the movie or series will be released. However, it’s likely that the adaptations will at least be a couple of years away.
