Alan Wake 2 still set to release in 2023

Remedy Entertainment has re-iterated that Alan Wake 2 is still set to release this year in 2023.
The news was confirmed in a blog post from Remedy Entertainment revealing the company’s new logo. “You can look forward to Alan Wake 2 later this year and several great Remedy experiences to play in the coming years,” said communications director, Thomas Puha.
It’s time to redefine our studio’s visual identity to bring more consistency, showcase our evolution over the years, and better express our vision of today’s Remedy.
We haven’t updated our logo in more than 20 years. That is, until now.

Alan Wake 2 was announced during The Game Awards in 2021, but at the time of writing, we’re yet to see any gameplay footage. However, it is said that the sequel will lean towards survival horror over action, unlike the original game. Hopefully, we’ll get to see a new trailer during Summer Game Fest this June.
Alan Wake 2 will release for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
