The latest expansion for Back 4 Blood is out now with Children of the Worm.
Children of the Worm not only brings a new story and locations but also an additional playable Cleaner as well as new enemies. The expansion also comes with new weapons, 12 weapon skins, accessories and cards.

Children of the Worm is available at no extra cost for Annual Pass owners, as well as those that picked up the Back 4 Blood Deluxe and Ultimate Editions. However, it is also available as a standalone DLC purchase.
