Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Announced, Out This Year

Activision has announced the follow up to the Modern Warfare reboot of 2019, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
To be honest, this has been one of the worst kept secrets in recent months, especially as we know that a Call of Duty release is as inevitable as a finger snaps from Thanos.
The news of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was announced across the game’s official social media channels with the tagline “the new era of Call of Duty is coming”.

It’s also heavily rumoured that the Modern Warfare 2 reboot will also come with the launch of a sequel to free-to-play battle royale, Warzone. So, if that’s the case, perhaps this might be a new era of Call of Duty? Only time will tell.
In my review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, I said: “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a true return to form for this series in almost every way and will go down as one of my favourite games of 2019.”
