The content support for Cyberpunk 2077 is close to being wrapped up, though I’m sure developers CD Projekt Red will fix any major reported issues in the coming months (hopefully).

CDPR will soon be shifting its focus to The Witcher 4 which currently has no release date at the time of writing. The final major patch for Cyberpunk 2077 will be patch 2.1 which is set to be released on 5 December 2023. Patch 2.1 will bring the following to Cyberpunk 2077 and more:

  • A brand-new, free update is coming to Cyberpunk 2077.
  • During the most recent REDstreams, developers Paweł Sasko and Monika Janowska discussed new features, including a fully functional metro, radioport, replayable car races, boss fight improvements, accessibility features, and more.
  • The update will become available to players on December 5th, the same day as the release of Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition.

Developers CDPR have now deployed the first details on patch 2.1 which will go live for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on 5 December 2023. Cyberpunk 2077 community director Marcin Momot said on Twitter that this will be the last patch.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Its massive expansion, Phantom Liberty is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
