Days Gone developer teases new game
When Days Gone was initially released for the PlayStation 4 it perhaps did not launch in the best state. Suffering from performance issues, it seemed evident that the game with its hundreds of zombie hordes was too much for the PS4 to handle. However, I still enjoyed the game.
Over time, not only did the game improve following a series of updates, but it lived up to its potential with a PlayStation 5 update and to be honest, I think Days Gone is one of the most underrated games in recent times.
We know that its developer Bend Studio is working on a new game, though it’s likely not to be Days Gone 2, as much as I hope it will be. That being said, when a follower on Twitter asked Bend Studio how production on its new title is going, the developer teased “We’re cooking”.
Unless Bend Studio means that it’s cooking food in the kitchen, it of course means that the development team is hard at work on its unannounced title. I can’t wait to hopefully see what this new project is in the coming months.
Days Gone is out now on PC and PlayStation.
