Dead Space Writer Teases Announcement at PS5 Event Tomorrow
While I know it’s not a lot to go on, we can expect plenty of games to be revealed at the re-scheduled PlayStation 5 gameplay event tomorrow and it seems that Dead Space writer Antony Johnson might just be showing-off a new game of his own.
On this Twitter account he said “As some of you know, I’ve been working on a big videogame for almost 2 years now. In totally unrelated news, you should all watch the PS5 launch event on Thursday.” And when a fan asked for a hint as to what we might expect, Johnston replied “Hint: you play a character having a really bad time.” Which certainly fits into the theme of Dead Space protagonist Isaac Clarke, but then again, just about every horror protagonist is having a bad time.

Will this be a new Dead Space game? That’s likely wishful thinking, but I think it’s safe to assume that it will be within the horror genre. Either way, we won’t have long to find out, because the re-scheduled PlayStation 5 event takes place tomorrow at 9pm BST/10pm CEST/1pm PT.
