Finally, Avowed gameplay and release window revealed
Announced nearly two years ago, we have finally seen fantasy RPG Avowed in action during this week’s Xbox and Bethesda Showcase.
Developed by Obsidian Entertainment, the studio behind Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II, Neverwinter Nights 2, Fallout: New Vegas and The Outer Worlds, to name but a few, you know that Avowed is in good hands.
Set in the Pillars of Eternity universe: “Avowed brings a new perspective, a new way to fight, and a new land to explore in the world of Eora. The Pillars games are near and dear to us and we can’t wait to share Avowed with everyone next year.”
Avowed will be released sometime in 2024 for PC and Xbox Series X|S. It will also launch on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
