First Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 gameplay in years released

It’s been a few years since we’ve seen any gameplay for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 but after waiting several years, we finally have some new ones to look at.

The last time we saw anything of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was back in May 2020 and the trailer was disturbing but somewhat underwhelming. Since that time, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has suffered multiple delays and now is in the hands of developer The Chinese Room taking over from Hardsuit Labs. The vampire sequel is still being published by Paradox Interactive.

Now, we’ve had our first look at Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 with a quite generous gameplay trailer. The gameplay doesn’t look all that great, and a bit choppy. But for a game that has had as troubling development as this one, it’s not a surprise. That being said, hopefully, this game looks better than it plays. Watch the trailer below and judge for yourself.

Apparently, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is being released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S “in the coming months.”
