Grand Theft Auto Trilogy Remastered Is Finally Announced, Out This Year

Finally, after months upon months of rumours and speculation, the GTA Remastered Trilogy has been announced and it arrives later this year.
Well, in fact, this remastered trilogy is called “Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition”, which is a little overkill in my opinion. Still, the remasters are on the way and that’s awesome.
While we don’t have any gameplay or screenshots for the remasters, according to the press release provided by Rockstar Games, we do know that the trilogy will include: “graphical improvements and modern gameplay enhancements for all three titles, while still maintaining the classic look and feel of the originals.” Rockstar Games has promised more details in the coming weeks.

The remastered collection will include GTA 3, GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas. Oh, and it’s also the 20th anniversary of GTA 3! Time has certainly flown by.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch later in the year. It will then be released for Android and iOS during the first half of 2022.
