Here is 10 minutes of new gameplay footage for Ghostwire: Tokyo. Furthermore, we also had the March release date re-confirmed

Following yesterday’s premature reveal, the March 25th release date for Ghostwire: Tokyo was officially reconfirmed. Unless you get the PS Store exclusive Deluxe Edition, in which case it releases on March 23rd.

The near 10 minutes worth of gameplay gave us the best indication yet of what to expect from The Evil Within developers. This is a supernatural, first-person action game, and not a traditional Shinji Mikami horror. Overall, the gameplay looked to be high octane and vibrant with colours. In truth, it looked like it could make for a decent VR game.

If there was an element of horror, other than the ghosts, then it was the eerie, derelict city of Tokyo, in which most of its population mysteriously disappeared due to the ghostly happenings. The latter half of the Ghostwire: Tokyo overview gives us insight into the creation of the game from the developers, including Shinji Mikami.
